Unfortunately some contractual disputes cannot be amicably resolved, therefore occasionally one party is left with no option other than instigate legal proceedings in a tribunal or court. Over the years it has be necessary for me to manage litigation as the claimant or defendant. I have worked closely with external legal counsel to gather evidence, develop legal arguments & project manage the case. Some of the cases I have managed have involved mediation.

 

Whist no client wants to enter into litigation, however if faced with the need to respond or initiate legal proceedings, SRC is able to support its clients in the following ways:
