Unfortunately some contractual disputes cannot be amicably resolved, therefore occasionally one party is left with no option other than instigate legal proceedings in a tribunal or court. Over the years it has been necessary for me to manage litigation as the claimant or defendant. I have worked closely with external legal counsel to gather evidence, develop legal arguments & project manage the case. Some of the cases I have managed have involved mediation.
