On 1st February 2024, SRC will be celebrating one year of being in business !
As we countdown to that day, over the next 10 working days I will be sharing with you a daily Post which will reflect on the key successes and challenges of the last 12 months. I will also be setting out SRC’s exciting aspirations for 2024.
For 16 years I was the Commercial & Legal Director of an international recruitment agency, working with a great team, and knowing at the end of the month I would receive a guaranteed salary. On 1st February 2023, I stepped out of my comfort zone and had to single-handedly build a consultancy business from scratch. I worried about whether I would earn enough income to support my family and the lifestyle we want to have.
The journey I have been through demonstrates that with a clear vision, unwavering dedication to customer service and a unique offering that meets the needs of clients, it is possible in just one year to achieve a transformational change.
